First, are you male or female?
Medications and doses differ by sex, so your provider needs this.
Hormones, labs and some medications work differently from body to body. This helps your provider start from the right place, so your plan fits you, not an average.

Here is where to start.
Add what you want to your plan. A licensed provider reviews it and decides what is appropriate. If treatment is not appropriate, you are not charged for treatment.
Your online intake asks about your health history, medications and allergies so your provider can keep you safe. Grab your meds list, a coffee and about 5 minutes or less. The good stuff is on the other side.
- Your current medications and doses
- A recent GLP-1 prescription, if you are already on one
- Allergies and past conditions
- Recent labs, if you have them
Add options above
This is a guide, not a diagnosis. Women 40 and older are reviewed online. Women 35 to 39 and TRT start with labs and include a video visit. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Good questions.
Kind answers.
What does the KIN Meds quiz do?
The quiz asks about your goals, age and a few symptoms, then builds a short plan of care options that may fit, such as metabolism, hormones, TRT, sexual health, wellness, skin, hair or labs. You pick what you want, then start a short online intake, and a licensed provider reviews it and decides what is appropriate.
Does the quiz save my answers?
No. Your quiz answers stay on this page in your browser and are not saved or sent anywhere. Health information is only collected once you start the secure online intake, and it is kept private, as always. If a prescription is written, you can reach your provider any time through your patient portal.
Can I sync my wearables?
Yes. You can sync data from your wearables at no extra fee and track your weight, metabolic numbers and biometrics in one place. Your provider can see the trends alongside your labs, which gives them more to work with when they review your plan.
Is the quiz a diagnosis?
No. The quiz is a guide to help you choose where to start. Only a licensed provider can evaluate your health history and decide whether any treatment is appropriate for you. If treatment is not appropriate, you are not charged for treatment.
General education, not medical advice. Prescription required. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy and are not FDA-approved. Product imagery is illustrative; actual medication form and appearance may differ.
