Comprehensive blood panel, three ways to test
Choose what fits your week: a draw at a lab near you through our partner Quest Diagnostics, an at-home kit, or mobile phlebotomy in select states, where a trained professional comes to you. No insurance needed.
Your biomarker testing covers 9 health areas, from heart and metabolism to hormones and thyroid. Results land in your portal, a licensed provider reviews them with you, and you recheck twice a year to see what's changing. Biomarkers do not diagnose conditions on their own, they give your provider a clearer view.
Three ways to test.
1Walk in to one of 2,000+ local draw sites. Quick, familiar and usually no appointment needed.
2A kit comes to your door. Collect your sample at home and mail it back in the prepaid pouch.
3A licensed phlebotomist comes to your home or office and draws your labs there.
Numbers you can actually read.
Your results land in your patient portal with clear ranges, not a wall of codes. A licensed provider reviews them and turns them into a plan.
- 120+ biomarkers across 9 health areas

Glucose trends
Sleep & heart rateLab results show where you stand. Wearables show the day to day. Sync your glucose sensor, ring or watch and track your weight, metabolic numbers and biometrics in one place, right next to your labs.
The good-to-know.
Total, LDL and HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, ApoB, Lp(a) and hs-CRP. Together they show more about cardiovascular risk than a basic cholesterol test.
Fasting glucose, hemoglobin A1C and fasting insulin. These can flag insulin resistance and prediabetes long before symptoms show up.
Total testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, LH, FSH, SHBG, DHEA-sulfate, prolactin and PSA for men. Useful for TRT, menopause care and general hormone questions.
TSH, T3, T4 and thyroid antibodies (TPO and TG). They show whether your thyroid is running fast, slow, or under autoimmune attack.
BUN, creatinine and eGFR for the kidneys, plus ALT, AST, bilirubin and albumin for the liver. Both organs matter for how you process medications.
hs-CRP, homocysteine and morning cortisol for stress and inflammation, plus immune markers, key vitamins and minerals, and a complete blood count including hematocrit.

How does an at-home blood test with KIN Labs work?
You order through KIN Meds, then choose how to test: an at-home kit, a draw at a lab near you through Quest Diagnostics, or mobile phlebotomy in select states, where a trained professional comes to your home. Your sample is processed by a certified lab, results post to your secure portal, and a licensed provider reviews them and explains what they mean for you.
What does a comprehensive blood panel test for?
The KIN Labs panel covers 120+ biomarkers across 9 health areas: heart health, metabolism, hormones, thyroid, kidney, liver, inflammation and stress, immune defense and blood, and nutrients. That includes markers like ApoB, Lp(a), hemoglobin A1C, fasting insulin, testosterone, estradiol, TSH and vitamin levels. Biomarkers do not diagnose conditions on their own, but they help your provider see patterns.
Can I get lab testing without insurance?
Yes. KIN Labs does not require insurance. You order directly, test at a lab near you, at home, or with mobile phlebotomy in select states, and see your results in your portal. Because you are not billing insurance, you do not need a referral first. If you prefer to use insurance, you can share your KIN Labs results with your own doctor.
Is mobile phlebotomy available where I live?
Mobile phlebotomy, where a trained professional comes to your home or office for the blood draw, is available in select states. The care team can confirm which testing options are open for your address. If mobile draws are not available in your area yet, you can still use an at-home kit or visit a lab near you.
How often should I recheck my labs?
KIN Labs is designed around testing twice a year: a full baseline panel, then a mid-year recheck of key markers to compare against it. If you are on a treatment such as testosterone therapy, your provider may order specific follow-up labs on a different schedule. Regular testing helps you and your provider spot trends early instead of reacting to one result.
Who reviews my lab results?
A licensed provider reviews your results after they post to your portal. You can see each biomarker grouped by health area in plain language, and your provider can message you about what stands out, lifestyle steps to consider, or prescription options if you qualify. For any emergency, call 911.
Can I sync my wearables with KIN Meds?
Yes. You can sync data from wearables like glucose sensors, smart rings and watches at no extra fee, and track your weight, metabolic numbers and biometrics in one place. Your provider can see those trends next to your labs, which gives them a fuller picture when they review your plan with you.
Is my health information private?
Yes. Your health information is kept private and protected under HIPAA, as always. If a licensed provider writes a prescription, you can reach them any time through your secure patient portal to ask questions, request refills or talk through side effects.
