Start with what you're feeling: weight, hormones, men's health, sexual health, wellness or skin. Not sure where you fit? The quiz points you to the right starting place.
Answer a few quick questions, then complete a secure health intake with your history, current medications and goals. You'll also verify your identity with a photo ID, as state rules require.
Most care is an online review, completed in 24 hours or less. TRT for men, and women's hormone therapy for ages 35 to 39, include a video visit with your provider. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Women's hormone care starts online at 35: at 40 and up, no labs are needed to start; from 35 to 39, labs come first. TRT always starts with labs (or testosterone labs from the last 30 days), then your video visit.
If you're prescribed treatment, a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy fills it and ships it in discreet packaging with expedited shipping, cold-packed when needed.
Message your care team any time, ask about dose changes, and request refills. Most treatments come in a 30-day or 90-day supply, and your provider reviews your progress before each refill.

Hormone therapy is personal. For women, your provider chooses the right form (patch, cream, tablet, capsule or vaginal cream) based on your age, your history and whether you've had a hysterectomy. For men, TRT decisions start with your testosterone labs.
That is why TRT, and women's hormone therapy for ages 35 to 39, include a live video visit with your provider. Women 40 and older are reviewed online, since menopause is diagnosed mainly by age and symptoms. You get a real conversation, your questions answered, and a plan built around you.

Good questions.
Kind answers.
How long does it take to hear back from a provider?
Most KIN Meds care is an online review, and a licensed provider typically reviews your intake in 24 hours or less. TRT, and women's hormone therapy for ages 35 to 39, include a video visit, so timing depends on when your labs are in and when you schedule it. Women 40 and older are reviewed online, usually in 24 hours or less. If your provider needs more information, the care team will reach out through your account.
Do I need a video visit to get a prescription online?
For most care areas, no. Your intake is reviewed online by a licensed provider. TRT for men, and women's hormone therapy for ages 35 to 39, include a video visit because those plans depend on labs and a real conversation. Women 40 and older are reviewed online. Some states also require a live visit for certain treatments, and the care team will let you know if yours does.
Do I need labs before starting treatment?
It depends on the care area. Women 40 and older can start hormone care without labs, while women 35 to 39 complete labs first. TRT always starts with labs, or testosterone labs from the last 30 days. For other treatments, your provider may recommend labs. You can test at a lab near you, with an at-home kit, or with mobile phlebotomy in select states.
What happens if the provider decides treatment is not right for me?
A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate based on your health history, and a prescription is always required. If your provider decides a treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged for treatment. Your provider may suggest another option, recommend labs, or advise you to follow up with your own doctor.
How is my medication shipped?
Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies and shipped in discreet packaging, with shipping included. Orders ship expedited once your prescription is filled. Medications that need to stay cold ship with temperature control. You'll get tracking details so you know when to expect your package.
How do refills work?
Most treatments come in a 30-day or 90-day supply. When it's time for more, you request a refill through your account and your provider reviews your progress before approving it. You can also message the care team between refills with questions about side effects, timing or dose changes. There is no membership to manage.
Can I sync my wearables with KIN Meds?
Yes. You can sync data from wearables like glucose sensors, smart rings and watches at no extra fee, and track your weight, metabolic numbers and biometrics in one place. Your provider can see those trends next to your labs, which gives them a fuller picture when they review your plan with you.
Is my health information private?
Yes. Your health information is kept private and protected under HIPAA, as always. If a licensed provider writes a prescription, you can reach them any time through your secure patient portal to ask questions, request refills or talk through side effects.
