Jessica Lynne White, PT, founder of KIN Meds
A mom, a physical therapist of more than two decades, and a marketer who taught herself how care reaches people online. KIN Meds started with her own story.

A new baby, six weeks before 48
Jessica had her daughter just six weeks before her 48th birthday. Alongside the joy came something a lot of women know well: juggling motherhood, work and her own health, and usually putting herself last.
She wanted answers that were safe, supportive and realistic, not another fad. That search planted the seed for KIN Meds, and a simple belief: women like her needed something different.
Two decades of helping people trust their bodies again
For more than twenty years, Jessica worked as a physical therapist, helping people heal, rebuild strength and trust their bodies again. It taught her that health is not a quick fix. It is long-term habits, real support and understanding how the body works.
It also showed her what traditional healthcare often misses: the compassion and connection that make someone feel seen. Those values shaped what KIN Meds stands for.

Learning how care actually reaches people
When Jessica moved into marketing, she became fascinated by how digital platforms could connect people to care. She taught herself to build websites, run ads and design funnels, determined to understand what makes health access work at scale.
What started as curiosity became a toolkit, and that toolkit became the foundation for KIN Meds.
I built KIN Meds to be what I wish I'd had when I needed it most, and now I get to share it with others.Jessica Lynne White, PT, Founder

More than another telehealth site
Jessica did not want to build just another telemedicine site. She wanted a place where women with specific needs, men, couples and whole families could feel supported, respected and in charge of their own care.
Today KIN Meds connects people with licensed providers through one simple platform, with personalized plans, lab options and ongoing support. Built for women, men and families at every stage, it was made with you in mind.
Good questions.
Kind answers.
Who founded KIN Meds?
KIN Meds was founded by Jessica Lynne White, PT, a mom, physical therapist and marketer. She spent more than two decades as a physical therapist helping people heal and rebuild strength, then moved into marketing and learned how digital platforms connect people to care. She built KIN Meds to offer the kind of supportive, personal care she wanted for herself.
Why did Jessica Lynne White start KIN Meds?
After having her daughter six weeks before her 48th birthday, Jessica found herself juggling motherhood, work and her own health, and wanted options that were safe, supportive and realistic rather than another fad. That experience, plus her years in healthcare, led her to build KIN Meds as a place where people feel supported and respected, with care from licensed providers.
What is the founder's healthcare background?
Jessica Lynne White is a physical therapist who worked in the field for more than two decades. That work taught her that health is about long-term habits, support and understanding how the body works, not quick fixes. KIN Meds does not have her provide medical care. Treatment decisions are made by independent licensed providers who review each patient's health history.
Is KIN Meds only for women?
No. KIN Meds began with the founder's own postpartum experience, so care for women sits at its heart, but it serves adults of all genders. Care areas include weight care, women's hormones and menopause, KIN Men and TRT, sexual health, wellness, sKIN and KIN Labs. A licensed provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
What makes KIN Meds different from other telehealth sites?
KIN Meds was built by a founder who has been a patient, a clinician and a marketer, with a focus on compassion and connection. Care starts with how you feel, then options. Most reviews happen online in 24 hours or less, TRT and women's hormone care for ages 35 to 39 include a video visit, and there is no membership and no hidden fees. Shipping is discreet and included.
